SHIPPING
We ship anywhere in the USA. When your order is shipped, an email with your tracking information will be sent to you.
SHIPPING TIMES
For time sensitive orders, please use the appropriate shipping service. Clinch Star will make sure your order gets shipped right away. However, we do recommend that you give enough time to compensate for any unforeseen circumstance that may delay carriers from delivering your order on time. This may include interference due to weather conditions, or mechanical delays by the carrier.
RETURNS
Since your satisfaction is important to us…Â
If for any reason you decide to return an item you ordered, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition with all contents inside. Returns are processed when the item is received and inspected by our returns department.
To return an item, please email returns@clinchstar.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). When submitting your email please include your order number to help expedite the process. Â
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your returned shipment to arrive at our Returns Department. We will have your return processed right away. After your return has been processed, (provided that the item is eligible to be returned as guided above) you will be refunded using the same form of payment of which you made your purchase.
